This service was a life saver! My client booked a flight to Dubai and turned up at the airport only to be refused on the flight because of a lack of visa. Impossible to visit the embassy in Switzerland as it is does not issue visas. The flight company and the hotel could organise the visa but with a 48 hour delay so the holiday would have been ruined.
