I used the emergency visa service. The company warned me that the chance of getting the visa on time was 50%, because my flight was within the 24h limit. Luckily the company told me on the phone that I would not have to pay the full fee in case the visa would not arrive before my flight. The visa came within the 24 limit of the company but not on time for my flight. Unfortunately dubaivisaservice did not what is has promised.. They didn't give me part of the fee back (what they had promised on the phone!).
